Zomato and KFC (serampore). I had ordered a package from KFC via zomato and cancel the order with in 2 min. They are refusing to refund and i had said to take the charges of cancellation still they are not agreeing to do so..

Text of Complaint by Adv Debadrita Mondal:

I had ordered a package from KFC via zomato and with in 2 min i had cancelled it and ask for refund .. They cancelled the order but not refund when i ask them about refund via chat service they have provide they are refusing to returning it and saying restaurant facing loss problem because food has prepared .. It is known to all a food could not made in 2 min .
