- I have got rotten stale food from Zomato and I have complained to Zomato and after a while I got my refund back. But After a while I got to know that my account has been blocked and tried writing many mails and tried to contact zomato but there was no response from their side. And without a proper consent they have blocked my account. It’s like without doing a malpractice and finding out the reason they are blocking the account!!! And when it comes to offers only my account there is zero offers and when I checked from other accounts of my friends I could clearly they are having the offers but not me. And what is this (partiality)?
