Text of Complaint by Shefali Tambe:

I ordered from Zomato worth Rs. 899 and the food were not worth the money nor the quality was good. I requested the Restaurant to give me my refund, but they told me to ask Zomato to raise refund request and they will settle my refund. I Mailed zomato on 9 August but there has been no acknowledgment or No one addressed my query. Im following up every day but I have not received any Call yet, they are taking this lightly
