Text of Complaint by Niraj Kaushik:

I had ordered king egg burger as a meal with fries and pepsi can.

Delivery guy only provided burger and fries, no pepsi can

When I reached out to Zomato, they said that burger king claims they sent all the items. I asked Zomato for escalation matrix because they were refusing to provide me refund but they ended the chat abruptly
