My order placed on 21 September was delivered into few pieces wherein, two packages went undelivered for long time. On first complaint to customer care on 7th October, it suddenly got shown delivered on 8th October. Which was not delivered to me ever.
After 10 calls and 10 emails they still say they want 72 hrs. Also, they marked a wrong remark that consumer didn’t answered their call, they always try to push matter to dark.
I asked for answer they are just buying time to make issue time out, also they removed all my order history from the app.
