I had placed an order on March 25, 2023 for 4 products and out of 4 I just received one!! Have raise a complain by calling customer care and they said that within 72 hrs they will resolve the issue but they don’t do that and its been 5 months now!! Whenever I call they say that the team tried to reach you on my number but honestly I never received any call from Zivame!! They are just lying and they are closing the complaint without my consent
