Hello,
My name is Tanuj Patil.
On 7th August I had purchased One Plus Nord 2T phone of price Rs. 28,999.
The offer on that phone was 10% cashback on purchase of One Plus phone in Reliance Digital via Zest Money payment.

The executives had explained that I would receive 10% cashback which is Rs. 2900 after 3 months (starting from August) and the payment will be automatically in my bank account.
I had not clicked the photos of the poster there. The Reliance Digital Executives had explained the offer details but they did not explain about the missed call to be sent anytime till January 2022.
I have been repeatedly taking followup with both Reliance Digital Executive and Zest Money executives but no one provided me the solution instead they are delaying and telling to wait till end of every month.
I have been following up with every executive since my third EMI payment but no one told me about the missed call. At last, a week ago which is around 1 Feb I got to know about missed call but now they are telling that since I didn’t give missed call I’m not eligible.
This is a mistake from both the ends ( mine and Reliance executives) as I have not read the poster properly and they have not provided the required information. That is why I need the cashback for the payment of my phone as soon as possible.
Please process the offer cashback and provide as early as possible.
