I purchased a product and paid for it via zestmoney on no cost emi. For the first few payments I received the interest cashback for the paid emi amount. For the last 4 emi payments I did not received the interest cashback. I have informed this to zestmoney support like 10 -15 times. Still I have not received the amount. My final emi payment was in july. it’s been 4 months I haven’t received the payment.
