I took a personal loan from Zest money on last April.
I have paid all the EMIS before the stipulated date, never missed any payments. But recently when I checked my credit score it’s showing as I missed last 3 months payments.
I have contacted ZestMoney and they told me to send the CIBIL report. I sent them my CIBIL report and afterwards no response from their end. I have emailed multiple times and no reply. Their customer care number is not working.
