I had taken a consumer loan with 0% interest from ZestMoney for which I was told that after the EMI payment, I would receive the interest as cashback within 7 working days. I received the interest cashback without any hassle for 2 months. But after that I stopped receiving the interest cashback. I called them to check what was wrong and they said due to system issues the cashback wasn’t credited and that I have to wait another 10 days or till the month end. This is now the 2nd month in which I haven’t received the cashback. Also there was an offer of 6000 Rs. cashback after 3 months EMI payment, which I haven’t received because of the same reason – system issues at their end.
