Text of Complaint by Subodh Gupta:

I generally pay my EMIs before the due date to avoid any mistakes. I’m using ZestMoney more than a year now and paying EMI before due date even having auto-pay NACH setup.

In the month of January 2024, I paid EMI on 2nd Jan using quick pay. Then again the auto debit feature paid the amount for the second time on 5th Jan. I immediately emailed the support team to get a resolution on it but today it’s 17th Jan and still no reply from the other side.

They clearly mentioned the expected response will be between 7-10 days due to so many queries. But it’s now more than 10 days and what’s the benefit of having an existing account then?

They did stop the call support which was active earlier. They don’t have chat support. They don’t have integrated ticket raising option on the application. I mean how do users get assistance.

Kindly help me in refunding the second amount which has been auto debited. I have limited balance in my bank a/c and other expenses are there. Please sort it out.
