I took a loan last year from Zest Money financed by Herofincorp. I repaid the loan in it’s entirety and closed it in 3 days last year in 2022. The loan however still shows open and payment due with 90+ days late impacting my credit score severely. There is no response from ZestMoney. No response from Herofincorp. They fail to provide me an NOC as well.
