Text of Complaint by Senthilkumar:

I had purchased iPhone 13 from poorvika on last year
He said a cashback will automatically be credited to my accounts
I have been regularly paying the EMI. However, I haven’t received any cash back. It’s been more than 5 months but no cash back or updates from the team.
I have been following up with ZestMoney customer care each month and only getting promises that it will be done the next month.
Kindly look into the matter and do the needful.
