It’s been 25- working days
I always pay emi before due date Same I did and on Feburary 2023 . But even after Paying firstly they deducted money from my account .
And it’s been 25+ working days and the next emi is also debited.
But the previous refund still not came .
I have done more than 20+ call to customer care
Tons of mail but no action from there side
Th y just tend to give a date and action do not happens
I need a resolution on this and also a compensation
