Text of Complaint by Tshering Namgyal:

My EMI due date for the month of December was on 5th his month. I made the payment on 4th December.
I did it manually because in the past auto debit doesn’t reflect on my zest application.
I have been making manual payment 1-2 days before the due date for all my payments till now.
However this time, today on the 8th of December i got a message and it seems Rs295 was deducted from my account twice ( i assume for late payment). Total of Rs 590 was deducted.
Though i made the payment manually before due date and the zest application reflected the payment successful.
Can u please look into the matter .
I called the service but he just told me to “co-operate with bank” , i was hoping they would do something from their side, but they just said its between me and my bank. I can clearly see my money is gone to their account (cardem town technologies)
With any notice or anything they just deducted money twice on the same day.
I have been using Zest for over 3 years now.
This is the first time I’ve faced such problem.
I kind request the concerned authority to look in this matter and help me
