Hi Team,
I am Tushar Vhora living in Ashok Nagar area of Baramati City ( Pin-413102)
I have purchased WI FI router from one of JOI Sales office in Baramati.
From the time, I have purchased this Device, we are finding Zero connectivity in AshokNagar Baramati Area. This is causing me device not to be used for almost last one month. I can use this Router device only outside Baramati and not in Baramati at all.
When I contacted your local Customer Care here , they mentioned there is no Tower in Ashok Nagar area and said will be installed in 3 months period. We have been hearing this since last 1 month and every time is the same story. Moreover your local Network representative Mr. Satish Raut having mobile number 7028095500 is highly irresponsible and not having any courtsey to respond on our calls.. When we were expressing him about this concern, he mentioned it will take 3 months and simply disconnected my call which is highly un expected from Company like JIO.
I request your immediate attention in this matter and take action appropriately.
Else I dont have any option but to escalate this matter on Social Media and local Police station.
