I have purchased a product beet Q11 pro smart watch order no 12791 on date 9 dec 2019. On 12 dec i received the product. After opening the product i have seen a wrong product delivered to me. Watch provided is a simple local company shoyo instead of smart watch. I have attached photos of the product, please find the attachment. Please refund my money because it is a fake company and delivering fake products to customer.
