Text of Complaint by Sanjana:

I ordered the Boat Rockerz 425 – Fiery Red headphones through Zepto, which were delivered to my friend’s address as I was traveling. Upon receiving the product, I discovered it does not charge and is completely faulty. I immediately reported the issue to Zepto.

Despite multiple communications via email and phone calls, Zepto’s response has been unhelpful. They refuse to offer a refund and insist on a replacement, but only if the product is exchanged from the original delivery address. This imposes additional costs and inconvenience on me, as I now need to travel to collect the faulty product.

Their customer support team has repeatedly failed to resolve the matter and continues to send vague replies about arranging calls without follow-through. I am deeply frustrated by the lack of resolution and accountability. I demand a full refund or the replacement delivered directly to my home address at no extra cost.
