Order number: 6321bknm21626. I placed this order on 23/10/2023. Order was not delivered and it was marked delivered. I got busy with my work and later when I contacted zepto team. They said order was delivered in my hand directly which is a lie. I never received the order. I tired many ways to explain them for 2 days but they said we can not refund. I wasted hours behind the same. I have CCTV footage to confirm no zepto team came to deliver the order. This is a scam by zepto team. Please be careful.
