Text of Complaint by KARIKALAN SRINIVASAN:

I had ordered goods online from Zepto on March 23rd through SIMPL pay later.The goods did not arrive and I had to register the order as delivery on the Zepto app.
I have complained to you several times via email regarding this, but I have not received a proper response yet.
I have paid the amount SIMPL
