Dear Sir/Madam

I am balla rajendra residing at hyderabad, i have ordered beet Q11 pro smart watch throgh retail website “ zepwear.store “  on 05.12.2019.

today 11.12.2019 they delivered me with EKART logistics and i paid the amount Rs.990 through credit card.

but when i opened the package i shocked to see the different product cheap 100 Rupees steel analog watch.

they are doing fraudulent business.

my order details  iam attaching.

please take necessary action on them sir.try to help me with the amount .
