I received a parcel today and i paid the amount INR 620 taking into consideration any of my family members must have ordered the product. Upon following no one actually did order the said product “a face and body wash” . I looked up on google for a contact numbee of this fake organisation and stumbled upon many such complaints on the consumer court.
I tried contacting the delivery partner which happens to be “DELHIVERY” to my surprise they responded by saying they are the logistics partner and cant do much.
Now there are many things to be taken into consideration, All such complaints are from the same fake firm and the same delivery partner “DELHIVERY” . This only indicates one thing that DELHIVERY has affiliation to this fraudulent company and is laundering money by selling customer database to such fraudulent companies.
I would highly appreciate if an appropriate action is taken against “DELHIVERY” because the only way to get to such fake companies is through the “DELHIVERY” because it is very hard to believe that the delivery partner does business without doing a background check.
A sincere request to take an austere action as soon as possible
