HI,
I have transferred the coins to Zeb pay of value Rs. 40000 address and it is confirmed on blockchain that coins has been transferred. I have the correct address as it was copy paste from their application. I have raised the ticket number: 1526258. After so much follow up they are saying this address does not belongs to Zebpay, while I have snapshot from their app and all the evidence that it is zebpay address . They are not clarifying anything on this and saying the amount inn this this particular transaction is irrecoverable.
