Just to let you know the query
For the order no ( 53331008362) there were 5 items which I returned via your courier partner (Delhivery) now as soon as all 5 items were picked up i immediately got a auto message from (Delhivery) that the items has been picked up. I am attaching the proof of the SMS of the items which were picked up for your reference
I just escalated this issue with your zara team and they raised further to check the status and now guess what I got an email they have not received anything.
I asked for your escalation team ombuds team but these guys have no idea which is worst then any normal brand customer service too.
From my end when I contacted Delhivery and as per then my full items were returned back for the above order.
Now I don’t understand how a cm has to blamed for a mess up between zara and Delhivery.
My wok was done as soon as I returned my 5 products why I have to go through all this harassing situation.
I have literally spoiled my health because of this messed up thing.
I am taking this issue to consumer court as this is nothing but torture to the core by zara
