I ordered an accessory from zara on 21st December 2023 . The return and exchange policy of the same article clearly stated that it can be both returned and exchanged within a period of 30 days from the date of purchase.
When I tried to return the article , the article was not eligible for a return . I reached out to Zara twice for the same via chat but they still told me the item is not eligible for any return or refund.
