I had ordered 7 items. And had requested a return as these item sizes were ordered wrong. After proper return procedure attaching the images of return pickup and then when the pickup guy had come. Properly checking of items were done. The tags and items were thoroughly checked and then picked up. But after 10 days of constant mails and calls to customer care. They are refusing the initiate the exchange saying the wrong items came. When items were properly picked up and returned in intacted state how come wrong items reached to warehouse ? How is it supposed to be the customers fault.
I tried to register an investigation only but there’s no proper update. When items were returned properly how come they never made back to the warehouse?
It should not be customer’s responsibility that such negligence happened post the pickup.
The items were properly returned from my end the pickup person had properly checked all tags and everything. So the tamper of the parcel is not the customers fault.
