53267276748 order number….zara first hire courier partner who stole product when i complain they refused to help ,obviously i have to take local police help .. After receiving my product with so much difficulties with help of police and obviously with no help from zara …i returned it immediately and it pickup on 17th ..i have waited till 21st may to get confirmation regarding pickup ..they firstly denied it when i confronted the delivery boy by simply asking police person to help he accepted that he pickup and at time of pickup he checked the product with photo on zara app and i have taken photo infront of him ..he give me reference number on 21st which i shared with zara team thn they accepted yeah they received it …now i haven’t heard back about my refund …i already filed complain in consumer court ..and i have to filed official complaint in police station regarding this incident and i will make sure u guys have to pay for it as i said earlier..now they are denying refund bt saying it is non zara product

zara has messed up same thing happened with me with multiplem orders of zara , I recently returned products and got confirmation message also from delhivery but after escalating the same with zara they are saying they have not received my product which has given me headache this was with one order after few days i sent another order back again the same thing they dont have any idea where is my product, I will file a case against zara and delhivery in consumer court as this is torture to the core
