I had ordered 6 customised print aprons on 21 August, 2022. The aprons went for printing on 21st august 2022. I had needed it for a cooking event on 1st September. When I asked them to cancel on 5th Sep, they told me the product was in print and they can’t cancel. With no updates, I again contacted them to cancel and refund on 10th Sep, they told me the order was in print and will ship in 24 hrs. And if I cancel, they won’t refund the money.

I have ordered 5 tshirt for customization on 17 mar and given date of 29 Mar. The order was already delayed and when i followed up on 26 they said there is issue with 1 tshirt but will get it delivered asap. After multiple follow ups no action was taken by the team and today ie 1st April they delivered only 2. No notification was made ever highlighting the delay of rest 3. When i followed up they simply said it will take another 3-4 days to be shipped.
They have completely ruin the birthday plan. No refund or support was provided by CSR. Please take action as they are just snatching the money and ruining the events of customers.
