This is to raise complaints against YouBroadband where i had purchased monthly plan of 33 Mbps while i am not getting 1 Mbps speed even most of the time.
Nowdays we are working from home and it’s highly impactly our work, we are rasing our concerns daily for last 10 days but You Broadband team is either not responding most of the time or they give false assurance.
Kindly help us to solve this ASAp.
