I bought tata sky set top box for 5566 rupees on 16 September.I cancelled the order on the same day itself. Even though, I have paid the money tats sky customer representatives are telling no such amount has reached them. Then saying wait ten days for refund to be processed. I am unsure when they will refund the amount. Please take necessary action and all them to provide my refund.
