I have ordered a Hindware chimney with order id – OD222806351196700000 from Flipkart on 9th Sept.2021.The Supposed delivery date was Sechdule to be on 16th Sept.2021 and after I have not received any Call from Flipkart and Courier partner ” Gati Coirier ‘.Then contracted the Flipkart & Gati Courier in several time Complain Id – IN21091809142915230315 and Also Gati Customer care Complain No- 35408115 each time they say that my issue will be resolved with in 24 hours.Then contracted with Gati Courier Authority Bolpur Branch through whats app & Mobile call ,Mobile number are – 1) 8436673265 2) 7031908150 , but still they are Totally Mute regarding this and just one text reply to my whats app.( Attached the Screen short ). This irresponsibility have caused to much emotional pain to me.Now take the necessary action against them and arrange to Delivered as early as possible .
