Yesterday i had ordered Java chip Frappuccino from Swiggy as there was some offer from Starbucks in Swiggy app. First my order was late by an hour. And then wehn i connected with the customer support team, i was told to wait as the delivering guy was almost there to deliver the coffee.
Then when the delivery guy gave my order, i found it suspicious that why is the bag so light.
Before i could say anything the delivery guy ran away. Then i came in and opened my order, whole of the coffee was spilled and there was just a dirt empty glass of coffee in the bag.
When i trued contacting the swiggy team. They said they will mail and sort about the issue.
At night in the mail they refunded only rs 100 saying that this is the best they can do.
I am so disappointed today. It was such a pleasant day for me. And i just wish i would have slept instead of ordering from swiggy coz now i feel like my mood and day both are spoiled. Even my room is so dirty now.
