I booked return tickets from yatra amounting Rs 6294 and the airlines(Air India cancelled flight on 29th March 2021) since then I have been following up with Yatra to refund.First yatra mentioned it takes them 60 days.Now after 60 days they mention they are not sure it may take another 30 days.More than 3 months to return the money back to bank does not look genuine.Moreover yatra has not taken any responsibility to follow up at all.Please escalate.Attaching the booking id details.

We would want to inform you that as per the Airline refund process, we have already raised the refund application (4000862426 and 4000862431) with the Air India for refund. However no refund has been authorized by Air India Yet. Once authorized and we received the refund from Airline, we would initiate the refund to you. Regards, Yatra Care
