My Order is lost from xpressbees hub on 20th december, they are not even providing resolution and they have very poor customer service where people do not even speak on the call. They are not even refunding lost shipment amount and the freight amount. They accepted that shipment is lost and they promised to provide resolution by 26th december. It has been 8 more days now and nobody is answering my tickets.
