My order shipped by PNC Quality Bazaar with Tracking ID

Was expected to reach by 23 August but not received yet.
I was out of state and the phone was off in between it and I reached home yesterday. I got message that your agent was calling my number on 25 August. When I contacted your agent, he is making false statements that it has been delivered or at office.
How it can be delivered if the phone is off and no one was at home.
I am thinking parcel is with your agent and he is saying lie.

Waiting for your reply otherwise we will loose faith on Xpressbees that Prepaid parcels are not delivered and agent keep it with him and makes a loop hole for customers.
