I had my two orders from xpressbees. Which was placed on 17th may but I have received none of them. From one week I have been receiving messages in morning that my order is out for delivery and the same day in evening I receive that it was not delivered.Once I went to take my order at their place and waited for 1 hour but they didn’t gave me that and said my order will be delivered. But the next day they say we don’t have your order and now don’t call us. Is this the way we talk? I request you to please take strict action against them as they are not only talking rudely but also are faking by messaging that order is out for delivey.
Also I have been continously talking to their customer care team from last 5 days but all the time they either hang up the call or they say u will receive a call from us.
