I ordered a Laptop on 26th July 2023 from Amazon Xiaomi Notebook Ultra Max, worth Rs 48,990. my Order was delivered on 27th July, the order was without a QC pass label. I received a defective piece when called Amazon, There are electromagnetic lines on my laptop screen when we opened the laptop. the delievry guy did not even open the laptop or show me the device or start up. He just dropped the item and ran away. I spoke to Arpita, and Sashi on the 27th of July. Shashi did try and tell me a replacement will happen in 2-3 days. on the 28th Afternoon, Amazon sent me another laptop and tells me I need to Pay for the purchase for a replacement laptop which they sent, The guy was not willing to pick up the return laptop stating I have been given a different image and not the one you sent to Amazon, we do not blame the guy it was Amazons responsibility to Remove verification or give the Pick up/ replacement guy the correct Image for return. I spoke to 4 different people, Arpita, Shashi, Shabina and Niharika. Does that take so many to resolve on simple issue of customer returning the product back. Where is the Consumer right now. I have rights to return the product if I find its damaged on delivery. They Failed to remove the verification from their end which eventually turned up with me not having laptop for two days in a row, I have been losing my job due to that. Who is responsible for my Loss. I kept asking for Supervisor, you can go through the recordings, I have been hung up thrice and never got the oppurtunity to speak to Supervisor / Manager. A horrible and pathetci customer experience. I need Amazon to bear the Cost of my Loss. I have been mentally tortured andRs 48,990 is not a small amount for a middle class person like me. Please help me with A resolution ASAP.
