Text of Complaint by Rishabh Neb:

I ordered blue sunglasses from Xiaomi India’s website. They sent me black sunglasses. I made the first complaint the same day. As per their procedure, you can only tell them via chat or phone when they call as to what the problem is and they raise the complaint in the system. After a few days I get an email asking for photographs of the sunglasses and packaging. I send the photos. Then I get a totally unrelated response which I am still getting today is that the product was delivered intact and thus they will not be able to help. They are responding basis if the product was damaged. But my complaint is about wrong colour delivered. It is not damaged. I made multiple complaints after that through email, but no one read the emails and they kept sending me standard copy/paste responses as above. This is on since 3 October 2019. I have emailed, tweeted, chat, phone etc but same response. Seems like bots are sending responses without reading emails. Need help to het Xiaomi straight. Want the replacement and also now compensation for agony and harassment. I have out in a lot of time.
