I have ordered sleeper of Rs. 9940/- and I have paid the same amount through net banking but I have received wrong product from nykaa and it is too cheap quality and used sleeper and I have requested to return the same product which I have received they denied my return request and rejected and now they said we can’t refund your amount as we have sent correct product from our side so I request you to the respective government please help me out and resolve my complaint refund my amount my order id is- NYK-6763424-9622972.
I will be thankful to you and for buyers I suggest don’t purchase any products from www.nykaa.com they are cheating peoples so please don’t do any shopping on www.nykaa.com is fraud company.
