Hi,
I had ordered MI Band 3 on Buy 1 Get 1 offer from their website. I had selected payment mode as COD since I was not sure if they will ship the right product. When I ordered and it went successful but I did not receive any email or message as confirmation of my order. Later in couple of days I got message from them that order is on the way through ECOM express. This status gained my trust and when parcel actually arrived I paid the money through UPI to the delivery guy as I was in office and couldn’t take it on my own. When I actually opened the parcel it was not an MI band , they had delivered M3 band on the name of MI. Also both the gadgets are not working at all and are in dead state. Getsby customer care contact number, they never pick up. Their support@getsby.in doesn’t let you email them. I am trying all my ways to contact them but I am unsuccessful. I need refund of it somehow. Please help if someone can.
