I made a payment on 16.06.20(RS.999)payment id(10522673967)against COMBO OF HBQI7 Wireless bluetooth smart watch(HBIQ7 + YIS, but I still have not received any confirmation through sms or email from their end. but i got a receipt no(1984919775).when i got a ezee website related number and i call them they anwer me ur order was not booked but your amout was received he said r u using google pay ,phone pay I said yes if u want refund u r money i will send a message click on it but i refuse.The payment made from their website www.ezeephones.com. but the payment and order details email not received. Plz do the strict steps against the website owner and punish them and refund my amount.i hope u will solve this issue as soon as possilbe.
