Dear Madam/ sir,
There was a site named www.boxnew.in which was supposed to sell various electronic goods online . I also ordered a Teclast T30 Android 9.0 4G phone call tablet from this site on 21st Aug 2020.
I have paid an amount of Rs.2999/- by payu money.
The site has subsequently been closed down and there is NO delivery of the product also since last 1 month . Emails to the company also in vain.
It seems like a fraudster . Please do help to get money back from this site or the product to be delivered.
