I ordered a few items that were in-stock/available and placed the order on August 1st, 2021 and today is 14th August. I did not get any delivery of the order. I did not get any refund till now.

I contacted their chat support but no help was given to me.

The support person was talking to me but when I started asking these questions he went offline on my face.

Please help me in this situation.
