1. Recent times I checked my CIBIL report with free of cost from ICICI bank.
2. In that I observed I have a Consumer Loan got shocked.
3. Then I took my CIBIL score from CIBIL.com by spending 550 Rs.
4. Then I raised Dispute request through CIBIL.
5. After that Bajaj Finserv called me and updated saying that by mistake it got happend
6. Then I had couple of questions , is my identity (PAN,Aadhar) there ? then they said No
7. then how come you will update ,they said just my address is getting match which is not correct
8. then I asked give me the loan details , they refused to give , how come Bajaj Finserv will update without my approval then CIBIL will accept and simply update ?
9. If the other consumer is not paying then it will effect my CIBIL score.
10. So I want to file a case under compensation, because of mental issues and sleepless nights.
Also note I have all the proofs and many other questions. So is there any way to file a case on CIBIL as well as Bajaj Finserv
