Text of Complaint by DILIP JHA:

This is to inform you that by mistake I have recharged my Videocon D2H on
wrong id (25101213) by debit card and from Airtel App. My Customer id 25101231.  They have taken all the in formation regarding wrong transaction. at last they reply me amount has been utilized.

We would like to inform you that the amount you have recharged incorrectly was credited on an active customer ID and hence a recharged amount has been utilized against that incorrect active customer ID.
