Text of Complaint by Kirankumar Bhosale:

I have two airtel customer ID 1) 3026230668 for DTH 2) 3066565657 for wi-fi and DTH. Actually I want to recharge my 2nd customer ID which is wi-fi and DTH but by mistakely or wrongly I have recharge my 1st customer ID which was not working. Against this mistake I contact to airtel customer care and told please transfer recharge money from my 1st customer ID to 2nd customer ID but airtel says they not transfer the money but they will refund through same mode by I have recharge. As per Airtel they refund money on 24/03/26 but refund still not credited in my bank. I have shared bank statement to airtel. I am asking airtel to share refund details or snap but they will not share.
My concern is airtel not refund the money and not transfer from my 1st customer ID to 2nd customer ID.
