On my vodafone number i already have rs. 398 unlimted pack is active from 17 dec 2018 and validity of this pack is till March 2019. But suddenly on 21 jan 2019 i got below messages,
Message 1 –
“Congrats! Rs199-recharge is successful. Unlimited Calls Local/STD/Roam, 100 Loc+STD SMS/day, 42GB (1.5GB/day) internet is credited, for 28Days. Vodafone!”
Message 2 –
“Rchrg of MRP Rs199 on 21/01/19 successful.TT rcvd Rs0,GST Rs30.36,AF Rs168.64,New Bal Rs1.57.Txn MUH1901211025300146.”
I dont know who’s done this Rs. 199 recharge on my number. But because of this my previous data will be lapsed and now my validity of data service is showing Feb 2019.
So i call the customer care but they are telling me that “we cant do anything”. So after that i mail to “vodafonecare.mum@vodafoneidea.com”. But still my problem is not solve. They are also telling me same thing.
Someone who done this wrongly, why should I bear the loss.
