Recently I have Installed new Connection of JioFiber ID 299944332854 with JioFixedVoice Number +911179663489 for residential use on 24/January/2020.After Few Days on date 07/February/2020 my wifi stop working then i had make contact with jio fiber customer support then they told me that they had recieve request for Disconnection.But I told him that I was not doing any kind of request for Disconnection.They do not consider my complaint and tell me that sir your connection is disconnected. And I have already paid one month subscription fees and installation Charges and security etc. Customer care executive told me that without few of the important information they do not consider request for Disconnection.But i wants to tell you that i had not doing any kind of request for disconnection genuinely. And i requested them to do stop diaconnection of my jio fiber Connection. It means that they forcefully doing disconnection of my JioFiber Connection because of the customer take new connection and repeat installation Charges & repeat Monthly Subscription. They had doing fraud with the customer by doing self disconnection.They are unable to provide any details & proof of the Request doing by my side as per them.
