I am using Vodafone service on my cell number 9879941782 from quiet long time. But from last two times it deducted Rs.5 each time against some services which was not used by me.
Also note that first time deduction was happened on 02-Mar-2020 but as I didn’t having any proof of deduction I ignored the same, But again on 10-May-2020 it deduction again, this time I recorded that call in which they just call us and if we received that call, it directly deduct the amount of Rs. 5 from our account.
If required will provide that recorded call to you.
I have already complaint to Vodafone but they denied to reversed the wrongly deducted amount.
Requesting you send this complaint to Vodafone and help me for reversal of the wrongly deduction of Rs.10.
