Text of Complaint by Amardeep Tiwari:

Dear Team,
I have my account at Kotak Bank Ville Parle Branch. Without any intimation they have changed my Salary account to Saving account and deducted a huge amount Rs. 18000/- ++ over a period of time.
They claimed to infirm they have intimated me for this change in account type and can present proof for same. After three month they could not find any records and said will process things for reversal.
I have been constantly chasing to get reversal. As per discussion multiple times with Branch manager Manoj Gupta, it was assured for the reversal. Now i have been chasing him past four months but no response on call or messages.
Manoj Gupta Branch manager had confirmed the reversal after having the discussion with Area manger approval also but again things went silent.
This has been going on for more than 1.5 years now. My branch visit and trying to reach multiple team members along with branch manger is of no use.
Looking forward to your help on urgent basis.
